DD is 6 and DH and I are developing concerns that she is showing signs of a special educational need. Possibly dyslexia, maybe APD, maybe something else.
We've booked an appointment with her school's SENCO, but I'm really unclear on the steps we should be taking thereafter.
Can anyone give me some basic guidance? Happy to fund things like ed psychologist assessments privately if this is considered the best route.
