I’m considering options for my daughter for secondary school and I’m interested in a local independent ABA school. My LEA has not funded any places there as yet and so I know it will be a battle to get a placement there if I decide to go for that option. She currently has ABA in her statement in current school so think this will work in her favour. Just trying to look in to the potential costs of going to tribunal and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on who to use if I needed specialist solicitor etc for this process please?
