Dear mums Flowers

Please share your experience here...

Did u win ur appeal from.the first hearing? Or you had to appeal.twice?

I was told by a parent that I could appeal only twice...then not sure what will happen?

Special school will be very detrimentsl to my son...i am.very worried...

I am quite confused about the parental wish...some says you as a parent your view and decision outweight any other professionals as I am the best advocate for my son...abd his ABA tutor since over a year..

Others says no...it is an evidence based process and the judge will decide based on the facts and ABA data....and what the EP says...if she is a pro ABA or not.

Another mum.said that she didnt do ABA...but a report of log data of her own effort and a statement of more than 300 pages that the judge read in details well before the hearing...

Did you have to send pdf documents (ptogress journal/diaries/parental statements...etc)to the judge before the hearing...to support your parental wish?

How useful was that in the judge decision? Compared to an EP report

I am very worried.

Thanks for ur time and advice.
