I have split with my husband and found out recently he is in a lot of debt.
Can it come back on me? I have not signed anything or applied for anything but all under my address.
I have had two bailiff's here but I didn't answer the door the second time and explained the 1st time he does not live here and when he moved out.
I am just panicking incase they can come into my home( only me on the tenancy) and take things as we are still married.
