DD aged 13 ASD has higher rate care and lower rate mobility. Her award lasts I think for another year. I would like to try and push for higher rate mobility. Can I ask them to look again at this part without having to fill in the whole form again?

No, they will look at the whole form again and look at it as a new claim - so you can’t assume they will see anything from the old form. The whole award - care and mobility - and length of award can go up or down.
