DD is saying she doesn't feel well. she does a sign and It is driving me up the wall. kept her off today. Ok she was a bit quieter and didn't drink much but other than the fact that if I mention going to school to school she grizzles. she is fine.
so wtf do I do.
Send her is what I THINK. its a respite night. I want my respite...........I want my hair cut(that I had to reschedule) I haven't a clue what to do,.

Well I've sent DS2 (nt) to bed with leg ache, DD1 (nt) to bed with ear ache, and DS1 (as) to bed with a sore tummy - and I don't believe any of the little whatsits!

Send her, have your respite (you deserve it!), she will be fine, and if shes not thats what mobile phones are for!

I would send her - if she really is bad - they can always call BUT you need your time out.

Agree, send her. Even if she is unwell, it sounds fairly mild and the respite people should cope with that, not call you.

i sent her. she didn't sign that she was unwell just grizzled. so going to ring school now to explain.

it seems most likely that the tummy ache is caused by puberty. any advise on explaining this to her most welcome.
