Tribunal Representation

Hi,

Has anyone used a barrister for their tribunal and would be able to give me an idea for the on-the-day cost? Can you get someone to do just on-the-day or do you have to pay for beforehand too?

Any recommendations for representation on the day would also be very welcome :)

Thank you

Just had a refusal to issue EHC tribunal. Didn't use a barrister or any other representation. You don't need one, all the judge wants is people to answer questions. Just make sure you have good evidence (you don't need to pay for that either).
