Girl with ASD and ADHD

My daughter has just turned 10 and yesterday we received a diagnoses of ASD to add to her existing diagnoses of ADHD. She currently takes 40g of Atomoxitine. I just wondered if there was anyone out there that could relate to parenting a girl with ASD and ADHD? I also have a NT daughter and a son with ASD. There seems to be a great deal written about boys with ASD but much less about girls and I am yet to find anything about girls with a dual diagnoses.

Gosh, where do I begin! There are so many cross overs. However, I think the main indicators now are her difficulties with Theory of Mind, her numerous sensory challenges and how she struggles to make and maintain anything other than superficial friendships. Academically she is flying but does lack confidence despite working at greater depth in most subjects.

Hi, I actually have just received a dual diagnosis myself, and am starting to wonder about my DD(6), who is basically a mini-me.
I’m trying to get her to sleep right now, will post more later.
