Patches to stop dribbling

DD has been prescribed these but keeps pulling them off when we put them behind her ear.

Does anyone know if they have the same effect if you put them eg between the shoulder blades, ie somewhere she can't get at it. Or do they have to be near the mouth to have effect?

There's a book by a lady called Yvonne Newbold, she talks about using these patches with her son and she had a similar problem. I think she ended up using them on his back so he couldn't pull them off and it had the same effect. Sorry I can't check it in the book as I don't have it with me but she might mention it on her website?
