Help with DLA mobility pleeease..?

Hi,

My daughter receives middle rate care and we do not need to renew until next year. She has just turned 5 so I was thinking about trying for low rate mobility. If I do so, will they re-assess the care part too? I had to appeal to get middle rate last time and I don't think I can face it all again Would I be better waiting until renewal?

When I re done my sons form there was a box to tick that said just to look at the mobility part.

My son is 5. He gets high rate care and high rate mobility.
