Hello, we need to appeal against our EHCP (very vague and non-specific, no school named). Is anyone able to share their solicitor recommendations (good and bad) and how much it cost please?
The ones I have talked to are not keen to give an indication of rough total, just giving me their hourly rate. But I need to work out if we can afford it!! I have tried a couple of advocates, but they have no capacity. I have used Ipsea up until this point, but need more help with the appeal.
My child has been out of school for 16 months and been struggling for the last 4 years, so we really need to get this right. Many thanks for any info you can provide x
