Hi, would anyone have any ideas on what questions I may get asked in an interview for post of Classroom Assistant (Additional Special Needs) in a special school? Many thanks.

Examples of times you've worked with children, examples of times you've dealt with challenging behaviour. Read up on the behaviour management policy for the school so you can quote it.
