SEN Classroom Assistant interview questions

Hi, would anyone have any idea of interview questions that I may get asked for a post of Classroom Assistant (Additional Special Needs) in a special school? Many thanks.

This is a bit old but a lot of the examples eg about behaviour and learning styles are still relevant.

For any job you usually get something along the line of

"Why do you think you would suit this role/ what could you bring to this role?"

There is usually a child protection/safeguarding question

You may be given a scenario about somebody trying to get information out of you, which is obviously linked to data protection/confidentiality

They usually ask you if you have any questions at the end, so always good to have a couple up your sleeve. I also find it helpful to ask questions during the interview itself, as that takes the pressure off you a bit.
