Applying for DLA

In the process of trying to apply for DLA for DS5.

I’ve misplaced some of the letters from the community paeds. Will they send me copies? I know it’s not necessary for the claim but people have said they will help his case.

Your GP should have copies.

Do request copies & send them with application, you need as much back up as possible.

Contact gp first to ask, if dc is 5 could you contact hv still? Mine had copies of my ds reports. You could also ask paed secretary.

GP said they wouldn’t have them so went directly to comm paeds secretary who’s sending me them out.
