My son is 12 and is non verbal will he ever talk because someone told me the older they get if they dont talk they never will is thos true ?

Hey op,
No one has a crystal ball but it does get more unlikely as they get older.

My ds is 9 and non verbal. Do you use a communication aid with your ds such as high or low tech aac?
Have you heard of proloquo2go?

It might he worth having a look at. Proloquo2go has truly changed my ds life.
I know how hard it is op, their are things out there that can help. Doesn't make the sadness go away though.
