Harness for older children

I have a nearly 5 year old daughter who is dyspraxic. She has no idea of danger, and will run out anywhere or will get lost every time we go out. I have been looking for a harness suitable for an older child and have had little joy.

The only place I found that sold such an item was Dandee Enterprises - but their product was hopeless and their attitude even worse! It cost me over $31 and was TOTALLY unsuitable, and when I explained why and asked for a refund, they said it was my fault I couldn't get it on my child and that they would only consider refunding "what they thought it was worth"! ( bearing in mind I have only just received it and cannot use it!).

So please, before I throw away another $31, can anyone recommend a harness that actually works?

Thanks

I use crelling harnesses. We're in the UK though...... Are you in the US?

Agree, Crelling is the one I've heard of most.

Sorry to butt in here, could anyone give a bit more advice on the crelling. I believe I have the contact details somewhere but don't really know much about them.
My little houdini seems to wiggle her way out of anything. I have to pull the straps on her car seat so tight, I'm in fear of cutting off her circulation! (bless)Buggies and highchairs are no better, but at least you're not driving along the motorway before you notice those- still no less irritating though!

crelling do loads of different harnesses. I just have a belt for walking with ds1 so he can't run off (mainly when we have ds2 as well)., I found them very helpful on the phone and the harness is well made. delivery was quick as well. No idea of their Url but should be easy to track down on google. They have piccies of ther harnesses on the webpage.
