I'm a mum to three , two of my lil ones have autism with severe speech and social communication disorders diagnosed officially aged two and three, the only thing I really struggle like mad with is the lack of sleep my youngest will be four in may and he barely sleeps , we have tried the usual routines, bath, massages lavender pillow sprays but I am at my wits end me and my oh need sleep and I want to know if any other sn parents have been prescribed meds , from what age and if it helped!
