My daughter was diagnosed with autism 2.5 years old. She said her 1st word at the same age which was bye bye. She is 4 next month. She can copy any word said to her, labels some objects she can count to 20 say the alphabet and know all her colours, sings all the nursery rhymes not alway clear. She doesn’t seem to understand a lot of language, she cannot answer questions or hold a conversation. Has anyone had the same experience? Has your child gone on to develop proper language?
