i sent a copy of the letter from the headteacher of the school we want M to go to on friday to the executive director of our council.
today sendist have received a letter saying LEA want to postpone tribunal and set up asessment for M at the independent special school.
im so confused.
the clerk from sendist told me that the tribunal cannot order a place on weds cos the special school hasnt carried out their asessment so i have
agreed to a postponement.
lea said they are writing straightway to school and hope to set one up by 16 july.
this means we wont get a date until sep/oct for the next tribunal.
or the lea could pull out beforehand and agree to asess.
