Hi, so ds had a renewal for dla went from hrc and lrm to no award, did a mandatory reconsideration and he was awarded mrc and lrm. Got the mandatory reconsideration notice through stating that dated the 5th, however, today received the award letter dated the 5th also and it says only middle rate care.
Completely annoyed as I assumed the mandatory reconsideration would be the decision they would use!
