I've just got my renewal form for my sons DLA Does anybody know where I can get a copy of his ECHP need for his renewal for his DLA form thanks x — looking for recommendations.

Contact your local council and ask for children’s services ehcp department and they should be able to send one out to you. The school should also have a copy.
