Hi my dd 2 has global development delay and is waiting on a diagnosis of Asd and ADHD. I have Always breastfeed her ideally I would like to stop or at least reduce the amount but she seems to be wanting it more and more. She doesn’t understand if I say to her not now later when we are out and she us always trying to pull my boob out lift my top up. When she has a tantrum nothing with calm her down apart from getting breastfed. I’m currently on mat leave with ds and due to go back to work end of October. I will be working and evening shift and have already decided to go down to pt, but really struggling to see how I’m going to go back as she doesn’t sleep well at all either and dh has to get io really early so if he has to deal with her late into the night he’s gonna be exhausted yet I can’t afford to give up work completely,

Any advice ?

Have you tried her with dummy or chewing toys. She may be sensory seeking

She has never been intrested I’m a dummy. Actually that was the one part the put me of thinking she was potentially on the As as she doesn’t really have any sensory thinks it mainly communication
