Hello,

My dd is dyslexic and after having our request for needs assessment rejected we have decided to use a lawyer as the whole process is a mindfield and I am dyslexic myself. DD is 3 years behind cohort. Does anyone have any experience of SEN Legal or others?

Many thanks

You could try IPSEA or SOS!SEN for help and advice.
Most of the big SEN/D charities have helplines.

SEN Legal are very expensive. If you want solicitors, try someone like Simpson Millar.

They are said to be good but v expensive. If you want cheaper but equally effective try fiona slomovic.
