Our dc is in mainstream with a diagnosis of autism and an ehcp. Dc was in reception and has faced a lot of discrimination. We have put in a claim to the first tier Sen tribunal. The claim has been accepted and we can’t afford legal help. Can anyone advise on how to prepare? What we do at the hearing? Our response to the tribunal regarding additional documents. I’m stressed and petrified.
