girls swimming costume? might make it harder for him to get at the nappy. Cheap and easy to buy with out him being there.

Expect you have already tried this but if not, worth a try... put the nappy on backwards. Little harder to get off then, at least until he works out how to do it. Could also use ducktape or something similar to add another layer of stuff to be unstuck before nappy will come off - though it does make it harder then for you to get it off him.

I like the girls swimming costume idea. A boys leotard could work and be more boy colour if he does not fancy pink! Could be costly though, leotards tend to be around the £20 mark.
If he won't mind pink, then adams.co.uk has a few girl leotards - one at the moment is even a blue colour and on special offer.

we did swimming costume with cycle shorts over the top, that worked, my twin girls were brought a teletubbie dressing up suit it was fab as it fastened up the back

bubble78 · 31/05/2007 20:37

thanks to all the costume doesnt work ( didnt want to admit i had tried that on my little boy )he just pulls the arms down and gets out of it.

but good news today at matalan founs an all in one sleep suit in size 3-4 which he still fits in and the zip is hidden under a button type fastening (which he cant undo) so fingers crossed
