Anyone else here a full time carer & just generally fed up 😏. Never seem to get me time and forgot what fun & general happy happy was x

Hey I'm in the same fed up boat. Isolated lonely angry just a few words to sum up how I feel. My boy is 9 months now and we're currently going through the diagnosis process of a syndrome but which 1 we don't know. Just so sad how there's little or no support atall. No wonder we all end up mentally ill
