Does anyone know how you can get referred to a behavioural optometrist on the NHS in Surrey? School believe my 7 year old son has visual tracking issues, probably dyslexia, so we need an assessment. I believe they have a behavioural optometrist at Kingston Hospital, how do we get referred? Is there one at Royal Surrey?
I've been recommended Owen Leigh in Petersfield by lots of people, but I understand it's £400 for assessment then a friend has so far paid £600 for 3 months vision therapy and expects to be doing at least 3 more months... Can anyone give any info or advice??
