After 10 months of my son being at home and out of education we have secured him a placement to start asap at the most amazing specialist ABA school.
I've waited so so long. 10 months of meltdowns, anxiety and low mood and my boy is back. He's happy.
Been crying on and off all day due to being so happy.
Had to share xx

Wonderful news. Very happy for you and your boy. You must be overjoyed and relieved. I hope it goes well and he gets to start ASAP. Which ABA school is it? I visited one near Maidenhead and it seemed a lovely and supportive place with a great Head.

Fantastic news!!
If it's Forest Bridge or The Avenue, they are brilliant places with amazing Heads.
It must be so great to know your son is in the right place! And most importantly will make progress!

Such a relief, well done Star. It does make me so cross that it shouldn't be this hard to get our kids an education
