We have our first annual review in May. School have sent me the All About page to complete - when we originally did the EHCP there were pages on this but because this is a review do you just add anything new or anything that has changed? After the review what happens do they re-issue the plan with any changes - I am a bit confused....

Every year you start a fresh for the next year. So treat it as a carry on document with any new needs and issues added. Mention what is working what isn't. What needs are being met so to be carried on with and what you still feel isn't happening but would like it to happen in the next year. They will go over the old one at the annual review then discuss what outcomes you all want for the next year xx
