My son has an EHCP . He is in mainstream- reception. I spoke to the head and told him that I will be bringing him early some days so he could stay at breakfast club for about an hr. He said that's not possible because he has an ehcp and this is outside of school hours. He said no one is obliged to watch him because hey are not being paid one to one.
What do you think?
