Final deadline date for deferring summer born child is 31st March. My DDs EHC draft won’t be ready by then. Can I still defer her? (I’ve been told that to defer a child who has/is in the process of EHC you have to write it in the chosen school bit??) is that correct? I can’t ask the LA as the man who is in charge of ours has already lied multiple times 😒 for some reason he is adamant my daughter needs a specialist school 😕
