Feeling frazzled

My house is a horrible disgusting mess and its getting me down. Most days I manage to heep the kitchen tidy, hoover the downstairs and cook. But all the other jobs are falling by the wayside. The cooker is horrid, the front of cupboards not been washed for months, the area around the bin would have the 'House of Grime' team round. I manage to clean toilets and sinks once a week but the shelves are thick with dust.
Sigh
DH looks after Celyn mostly (with my help) but I can't even seem to be a normal housewife! If I go shopping I'm exhausted for the rest of the day. If I dare to go out it all piles up waiting for me.
Anyone else feel like they are running just to stay still?
