Draft EHC Plan

Received this today. Can anyone advise what I should do next?
They've totally f*ed it up and withdrawn all the support that's in his statement so intend to take it to tribunal.
There's a form where it asks us to state:

• if we agree or disagree with the content
• if we wish to make written representations to the Authority about the content of the plan (I enclose a letter for the purpose)
• a preference for a school (which we did complete with long-winded reasoning at the start of October - no school named in this version) Starts secondary in September so can't be wasting time# Tx

Is this first draft or have they issued a final?
You can't take it to tribunal unless they have issued a final.
If it's at draft stage, email and request a meeting to go through draft as you do not consent to the content.

Write down all the changes you want and return with the name of your preferred school. Within 8 weeks of sending out the draft plan they should send out the finalised EHCP.

If you don't agree with the final EHCP, then you appeal to the Tribunal.
