Got Tribunal Date

Its the 20th of JUNE.
I cant believe its finally come around, it doesnt seem like 5 mins since DS first came out of school when it was November 2005.
We are asking for an independent specialist provision for him, IPSEA have told me that we have a very strong case, probably why they are not giving me an assistant to come to the tribunal, so its just me and DH and our psychologist.
im dreading it and looking forward to it at the same time although i suspect in the back of my mind that the LEA will either pull out just before or on the day.

i know, i cant believe the difference in the service from last september because a rep was coming with me to the tribunal for refusal to asess but now the manager of IPSEA said they have scaled down the number of reps available for tribunal due to not having enough staff.

i feel that we do have a strong case, im just scared!!!!
