Dla renewal

Was awarded 2 years for my son and it will be ending next year what happens with the renewal process as we are still waiting on a diagnosis. He is 6 any advice pls
Do I have to fill the form out from scratch as I don't have much evidence as we are awaiting a diagnosis

They will send a form out to you. And just fill it in like you did with the last one and send off what you can. Or get a Dr letter
