ABA tutors in Herts?

Those who know the ABA world will know that Herts has a terrible reputation for funding ABA i.e. they never do. Except they have just agreed to fund our programme, when we did not even ask them to! We have just moved specifically to an area because we wanted DS to go to a specific special school there, having previously had a half-time mainstream, half-time home ABA arrangement funded by a London borough.

They have just to our astonishment told us that he has been turned down for the special school (for the moment, I will of course be gearing up to apply to Tribunal), and they will continue our current provision. So I need to set up an ABA programme here for now.

So: does anyone know of any ABA tutors in Herts? We are near to Harpenden/St Albans area.

Hi,

I realise it’s been a while since you wrote the above message but was just wondering if you found someone? I am an ABA Therapist, I work in London but the commute isn’t very pleasant so trying to find clients closer to home.

Hi theDudesmummy and Bullet81,

I was wondering if you find anyone, Dudesmummy, as I am currently looking? And Bullet81 are you still looking for local families?

Many thanks
