Calling anyone who has a Letterbox 'Time Timer'

I haven't used ours for ages and now we've moved I can't find the instructions. Have been pressing the buttons for what seems like hours and can't remember how to set the bloody thing.

If anyone could find the time to give me a quick run down on how to set the manual timer, I'd be most grateful and it would save me from hurling it across the room...
