Your future as a carer

I sent off for a pension forecast. Realised that because I've spent 11 years as carer for our son, I won't have any pension apart from basic state pension. Anyone else in same circumstance?

Yes I'm in a similar position, not been a carer as long, but not far off. I'm very worried about my future. I wish I could save for it but can't afford to.

How do you go about a pension review?

Go to the Gov.uk website and they will send a pension forecast by post
