Private diagnosisus help please

So, after 2 years with Cahms they tell me they have staffing issues which means probably at least another 6 months before we can have dd age 9 assessed. But I'm losing faith in them completely.

Private is a possibility. So can people suggest places for child assessment. In the north of England would be good.

What do you think dd may have? We have just been private after 6 years of horrendous Camhs- expensive yes but worth every penny for us..

Hi. We have a 'private' diagnosis, even though the NHS commisioned it. It has shut every NHS door to us and 18 months later we are still no further on.
