Inclusion meeting

My son was diagnosed with a disability in April 2017, I have just found out that there is to be a EYPARM MEETING which I do not need to attend. I also found out from my sons playgroup that on Tuesday there is a inclusion meeting. Does anyone know what happens at an inclusion meeting? Could it be something. To do with my son starting primary school next year.

Really worried about the meeting and don’t know what to do. Any advice will be appreciated

Sorry you are worried. Can you contact the playgroup on Monday and ask them specifically what the meeting is about? Were you supposed to be invited to the EYPARM meeting? I know with my eldest there was at least one meeting between professionals where they discussed my DS1 - it was just for them to plan out who was doing what (SALT/Paediatirician/Specialist Teacher).

The meeting (whatever it is about) should also be about getting your views and input so try not to worry too much.
