Can anyone whose had the misfortune to go to tribunal tell me how you send the evidence? Is it just via email to the LA and SENDIST? And do you have to send a parental statement at the same time? Thanks so much

Yes, email to the LA and SENDIST is simplest.

You don't have to send the statement, but it's quite a good idea - you can update and, in particular, answer any points in the LA defence. You need to do it by the deadline, otherwise it won't be in the bundle of documents the panel receives.
