Dd6 forms have come through to apply for mobility. She has a form of leukodystrophy. So although she can walk, she is slow, unsteady, and wears a helmet as a mild head trauma could prove catastrophic for her. She currently gets MRC. Is there any guidance online for leukodystrophy type conditions? Will the cerebra guide help? Part of me thinks she would qualify on the basis that walking is dangerous for her. The other part of me is saying but she can walk and is so young. And what if I fill it all in and they take away her care award?
