The Code of Practice says ARs should happen within 12 months of the date the EHCP was first issued, and then within 12 months of the last review. What happens if you have a tribunal appeal in the middle of the cycle leading to an amended EHCP being issued? Should the AR still happen within 12 months of the last review, or within 12 months of the issue of the amended EHCP?
