Secondary school report

Just got an online report for DS, Y7, first one from starting secondary. It says meeting expectations in all subjects. Does this mean meeting expectations for Y7 or do the children have individual targets as he has SEN?

personally I find "meeting expectations" to be a vague and uninformative phrase. It is generally used to mean meeting expectations for his year group but if you have concerns, especially if there are sen issues, then make an appointment to see either or both his form teacher and the senco to get a more detailed understanding of where your child actually is.
