This time of year the boards are full of silly uniform threads, so I just wanted to share how sensible my son's school is this year 
Today we've received the following text:
"We are currently not selling school uniform ... A sweatshirt in royal blue for primary children and navy for secondary, from a supermarket, will suffice along with a white polo shirt"
Funnily enough, that's all our son has worn for the last four years
