DS has been taking Intuniv for about 5 months. The dose was gradually increased to 3mg but he has continued to struggle with fatigue and occasional abominal pain. Because the fatigue was having a large impact on his daily life, I asked for him to go back down to 2mg. After a few days his behaviour went rapidly downhill. Is it possible he could take 2mg then 3mg on alternate days?
