Decided not to turn up to our appointment today and never even bothered to ring. I have to collect DS1 from school now so can;t wait in anyway. Grrrrrr.

Not even a phone call?

No nothing and I didn't ask for the appointment either - I feel harrassed by this woman at the moment to be honest.
