ABA tutors in School

We run an ABA programme for my DS and are applying for an EHCP as it is clear he will need 1:1 in primary school. How easy a process is it to get ABA tutors into school as a 1:1? I am guessing some schools would just not want this.....

Mainstream schools tend to be pretty reluctant, and their headteachers have a right of veto if you try to introduce it via a personal budget arrangements.
