that is dd2 - she was trying to pull the blanket off dd3 so she could see her toes. Dd2 has to do an inventory of dd3's body parts - ears, eyes, toes, hands etc every day.

no I think she just had her hand scrunched up against her face - although she has now found her thumb and fingers and will sometimes have a suck on them.
