It's my first post but urgently require some advice.
My child has had his higher rate mobility stopped by DWP but they have used incorrect information.
I am now in the Mandatory Reconsideration process which can take upto 11 weeks.
I have a Motability car which has to be returned by August 7th.Motability have said that if the decision hasn't been changed to Higher Rate by August 7th then the car has to go back with no regard for the Mandatory Reconsideration process.
How can the car be returned without waiting for the Mandatory Reconsideration decision?
